Delivery Area. semplice only ships to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. All shipments must be delivered to a residential or commercial street address, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping. All orders will ship Tuesday through Friday. We will do our best to ship your order the next business day [excluding Monday]. During our store’s extended holiday hours, Monday shipments will be possible. semplice ships via UPS Ground. Estimated shipping times reflect transit time after your order has been filled and released to UPS. Any potential shipping delays will be relayed promptly via email.

Shipping Costs. Costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship 2nd Day Air with an $20.00 surcharge applied to rates below. Ground and Next Day Air are not available to these states. Please consult chart below for shipping rates to the continental United States.

Sales Tax. Shipments to New Jersey addresses will be charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside New Jersey will not be charged sales tax.

Backorders. While we will do our best to keep all online items in stock, there may be an occasion in which an item is temporarily out of stock. If so, you will be notified immediately by email. At that time, you may cancel the out of stock item or accept a backorder to be filled within a specified time period. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is available to ship.

Gift Packaging. Our signature gift wrapping service is available for a charge of $3.95 per item. Your items will be boxed securely with tissue and wrapped in a beautiful metallic paper and secured with a satin ribbon. Please include a brief gift message in the space provided on the order form. This is a limited time offer. To send gifts to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each gift.

Returns & Exchanges. At semplice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase[s]. We will be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be shipped at customer’s expense [unless semplice specifies otherwise]. All returns must be received in the original condition shipped, unused and with original packaging. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a Return Authorization [RA] number. To complete a return, please follow the instructions below:

1] Call semplice at 1.800.794.0855 to obtain a Return Authorization [RA] number. Please have your original order number available. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

2] Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Be sure to include the original receipt.

3] Address the return package as follows:

4] Ship to semplice via an insured carrier [for example, FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service]. We strongly recommend insuring the return for its full value. All returns must be prepaid. COD returns will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of return, semplice will promptly ship out a replacement or issue a refund as per your request.

Damages. Should you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please contact semplice immediately at 1.800.794.0855. Damaged merchandise must be returned with its original box and packing materials. semplice will issue a UPS Call Tag for pick-up at our expense and send out a replacement promptly upon receipt of the original merchandise.
